The colour is light to mid straw. The lifted nose has a wonderful blossom scent and white peach. This white peach follows through onto the palate along with apricot nectar. These peach and apricot characters combine with the sweet spice French oak to give a juicy and flavoursome mouthfeel. There is good lingering tropical fruit and nutty oak length.
Thorn Clarke Cab Sauvignon
Ripe Berries, whiffs of raspberrries and blackcurrant - great varietal definition. Juicy tannins lead the palate to a spicy round finish encapsulating layers of fruit flavours. French and American oak were used to age the wine for 12 months. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

A 'lifted' nose of blackberry and cherry is complemented by hints of spicy oak, on the palate soft tannins and lovely fruit characters make this a wine that is wonderfully drinkable now. 100% Shiraz.
