The Sloe berries are marinated in a gin blend where a selection of botanicals draw out the rich flavour of the fruit. Next, tart succulent mulberries are added to create a unique and rare taste. The Sloe Gin is then left to rest in recycled Châteauneuf du Pape wine casks for over a year to enhance and finish its distinguished flavour.
