Deep garnet red (in color) . The nose is rich with ripe cherry, cassis, tobacco, and a touch of licorice. Good concentration on the palate, with ripe, round tannins, excellent balance, and a long finish. Serve at 13º a 15ºC.
Pairs well with most meats, especially grilled or served with a flavorful sauce, as well as spicy dishes.

Vinedos Sauvignon Blanc 2006 |

Pale yellowish green (in color) , with aromatic notes of anise, lemon zest, ripe pineapple and white peach. A refreshing wine on the palate, with good acidity. ( a touch of bubbles). Serve (cold) at 7º to 9ºC.
A good choice to serve with raw fish and shellfish or as an aperitif on the terrace.
