Aged in new and seasoned French and American oak for 14 months prior to bottling.Dark ruby red. Lifted sweet blueberry fruit combines with the oak derived notes of mocha and toast.
A complex combination of grapey sweetness and creamy berry furits with toast and coffee oask.
The Merlot predominance gives the palate its characteristic rounded structure with a moderate volume fo fine-grained tannin. Stronly flavoured red meat dishes and BBQ.

A elegant and harmoniously balanced barrel-fermented Chardonnay. Refreshing aromas of lime, lemon and pear followed by a smooth, creamy finish and clean, lingering aftertaste. Recommended with fresh oysters, crab salad or zesty lemon tart with a fresh passion fruit coulis. The grapes were harvested from mid February to mid March 2003. 100% Chardonnay.
Thorn Clarke Cab Sauvignon
Ripe Berries, whiffs of raspberrries and blackcurrant - great varietal definition. Juicy tannins lead the palate to a spicy round finish encapsulating layers of fruit flavours. French and American oak were used to age the wine for 12 months. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
