Online orders

If you do not already have a login and password, please register
your details to create an account
• Click “Home” where you can search by “Gift
Type, Brand and Occasion”
• Select your item and click “Order Now”
• This will add the item to your shopping cart.
• Either “Continue to Shop” or “Continue
to Checkout”
• At checkout, first enter the postcode or search for the
postcode by entering the Street, Town and City
• Select the address for the drop down box
• Select a delivery date by clicking on the date available.
You can pre-order up to 3 months in advance
• A Saturday delivery adds £14.99 to your order. Sunday
deliveries are not available
• Choose the desired delivery service available for delivery
area
• Complete the delivery address
• Enter a “Gift Tag” message or enter “Not
Required”
• Agree “Terms of Sale” and that the purchaser
is over 18 years
• You will be directed to Worldpay where you enter your
Billing address and Credit Card details and click on “Make
Payment”
• You will then be redirected to our confirmation page
• You can then access your account for VAT Receipts, Order
History and Delivery Status.

Multiple Orders
- **NEW FEATURE**
Our Shopping cart has been upgraded and now allows you to send
to an unlimited amount of people/addresses in just one transaction.
This is a great system and very easy to use.
One Payment, One Receipt, All addresses used are verified by
our Postcode checker for accuracy, You can select multiple product,
You can select individual delivery dates for each order. It
really is Simple.
- Alternatively Multiple delivery addresses can be emailed (USING
THE SPREADSHEET BELOW). Please ensure that all fields are completed
especially the postcode. Payment details can be taken over the
telephone (please do not write card numbers on emails)
Vat Receipts
- Vat receipts can be emailed in .pdf format from your account
login.
