White Wine Mixed Case - Six Bottles of White Wine

Pale yellowish green (in color) , with aromatic notes of anise, lemon zest, ripe pineapple and white peach. A refreshing wine on the palate, with good acidity. ( a touch of bubbles).
Serve (cold) at 7º to 9ºC.

A good choice to serve with raw fish and shellfish or as an aperitif on the terrace.

Varietal composition: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

TASTING NOTES Lifted, white-fleshed stonefruit combined with vanillin and some nuttiness derived from barrel fermentation in new oak. A softly textured and creamy palate and a wine suited to serve with white meats and roasted vegetables.

MATURATION 54% fermented and aged in new and seasoned French and American oak for six months.

The terraces of Tupungato are located 80 kilometres south-west of the city of Mendoza, at an elevation of 1200 meters above sea level. At this altitude in the Tupungato valley the cool breeze from the Andes Mountains creates a special microclimate for the cultivation of Chardonnay.

Michel Lynch Bordeaux Blanc is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes. It has a beautiful pale, brilliant colour and an aromatic nose reminiscent of citrus fruit, white flowers, and pineapple. Michel Lynch Blanc starts out very rich and full-bodied on the palate. It is very crisp, with a beautiful, lonf, fresh aftertaste.

Taste - Medium- to full-bodied and dry, with flavors of kiwi and melon blended seamlessly with lively mineral notes. This Viognier shows excellent balance between acidity and fruit character

This vineyard is located at Mt Crawford (Eden Valley), one of South Australia's consistently coolest grape growing sites.

Citrus, lime, sweet melon fruit, with hints of new French oak combine with a creamy lingering finish to create a fine example of this great variety. Inhibiting malolactic fermentation has preserved crisp natural acids which highlight the varietal fruit of this wine.
